David P. Reisinger, CPA, PA is a virtual tax, accounting, and business consulting practice based in Vero Beach. There is no paper drop-off. Returns, reports, and correspondence go out through the ShareFile client portal. Clients are business owners, executives, independent professionals, farms, professional practices, homeowners’ associations, and nonprofit organizations across Indian River County and Florida’s Treasure Coast.
The work is the unglamorous kind that has to be right: employment tax (Forms 940, 941, and 943, including amendments), IRS penalty abatement, entity classification, estate and trust returns, payroll, and QuickBooks files that close. Year-end is a season. Planning is a calendar.
Rates stay reasonable on purpose. The first conversation is free, and it is a working conversation — what you need, what I handle, and whether we should start.
Direct access
You call the office and reach the person doing the work. Questions do not sit in a ticket queue over a long weekend in April.
A complete file
Returns, workpapers, elections, and correspondence stay together in the ShareFile portal. If the IRS writes later, we are not reconstructing the year from memory.
Local, not limited
The practice is in Vero Beach. The work includes multi-state returns, federal employment tax, and organizations that file a 990 rather than a 1120.
How files move
Virtual firm. Portal only.
All deliverables are sent electronically through ShareFile. That includes tax returns, organizers, financial statements, and any letter that belongs in your file. Nothing of that kind goes out as an email attachment.
Documents with sensitive data should never be emailed — Social Security numbers, prior-year returns, bank statements, driver’s licenses, or anything else you would not put on a postcard. Upload them to the client portal. I am notified when a file is waiting, and I retrieve it there.
Treasure Coast
Indian River County is home.
The practice is based in Vero Beach. The firm is virtual, so distance is not a filter: if you are elsewhere in the US or have a state filing requirement — we can usually still do the work. Files move through the portal or snail mail when necessary so we can connect from wherever you are in life.
