What we collect
This website does not require an account. If you use the contact form, the message is prepared in your own email application and sent to david@reisingercpa.net. Name, email, phone, topic, and the text you write are included because you typed them. Nothing from that form is stored on this website.
How we use it
Email sent to the office is used to reply, to schedule a conversation, and — if we engage — to open a client file. We do not sell, rent, or trade contact information. We do not use it for unrelated marketing lists.
Client information
Information received in the course of a professional engagement is held under Florida accountancy rules and applicable federal law, including the confidentiality provisions that apply to tax return information. That duty is separate from, and stricter than, this website policy.
Hosting and logs
The host that serves this site may keep ordinary technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operations. Those logs are not used to build a marketing profile.
